Charlene Spoede Budd, PhD, Baylor University
Dr. Charlene Spoede Budd is currently a Professor Emeritus of accounting at Baylor University where she held the Emerson O. Henke Chair in Accounting. She has authored and co-authored five cost accounting and throughput accounting principle-based texts. She has received several awards for her cutting-edge methods and has been nationally recognized for significant contributions to the AICPA. |

Richard Gunther, PhD, California State University Northridge
Dr. Richard Gunther received his B.A. in Economics from the University of Southern California in 1968. In 1970 he received his M.S. and in 1976 he received his Ph.D., both in Operations Management from UCLA. His Ph.D. minor fields were in Economics and Socio-Technical Systems. He joined the faculty at California State University Northridge in 1970. While at CSUN he served 11 years as Chair of the Department of Systems and Operations Management and 2 years as Director of the Business Gateway course. |

James Holt, PhD, Washington State University
Dr. James R. Holt is an Associate Professor of Engineering Management at Washington State University. He teaches Organizational Behavior, Operations Research, Statistics, Engineering Economics, Simulation, Information Systems, Constraints Management and other special topics. Serving as department head at the Air Force Institute of Technology in Ohio, he holds a BS from Utah State University, an MS from the Air Force Institute of Technology and a Ph.D. from Texas A&M University. |

Ted Hutchin, PhD, Nottingham University
One of the Founders of The TOC-LEAN Institute of europe, Dr. Hutchins is the author of three books about the application of TOC. An Industrial Fellow with the University of Nottingham, he implements change programs and lectures on Operations, Supply Chain Management, and has also supervised research projects. He has researched the management of change for over twenty years and written many papers for conferences throughout the UK, Europe, and the USA. |

Diane L. Kelly, DrPhD, MBA, RN, Duke University
Diane has
29 years working in health care organizations with a broad based educational background and is the author of Applying Quality Management in Healthcare, a 2011 acedemic text. She has served as an Examiner for Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award.
Her areas of expertise are: quality and performance excellence in healthcare delivery and public health organizations; international management development; organizational development in rural settings and undeserved populations; and, leadership development. |

Terry Nels Lee, PhD, BYU
Dr. Terry Nels Lee is currently a Professor Emeritus of Business and Economics at Brigham Young University. He has authored and co-authored several articles on process improvement, and received peer reviews of accolades for his conclusions. Dr. Lee has been a reviewer for the Prentice Hall, Simon & Schuster, Shingo Prize, and many other prestigious awards throughout his career. |

Russ M. Pirasteh, PhD, iTLS Group
Dr. Russ Pirasteh is a former Director of Operations Excellence & Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) for Sanmina-SCI Corporation-LRS Division. He has held executive, staff and line positions with 23 years of experience in implementation of continuous improvement systems in manufacturing and transactional environments. He is a Certified Master Black Belt- Lean Six Sigma, and Certified Lean Master. |

Shane J. Schvaneveldt, PhD, Weber State University
Dr. Schvaneveldt is a professor of SCM in the Goddard School of Business and Economics. He holds a PhD in operations management from Tokyo Institute of Technology, where he studied under two recipients of Japan’s Deming Prize. Later, as a Fulbright Scholar award recipient, he researched environmental initiatives in Japanese business. Shane was recently appointed as an Examiner for Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award. |
